Require Documentation Understanding

Protecting clients' identities and data is a must. For us to be able to stop fraud, waste, and abuse we must all work together as a community.

Requiring proof is a must as not only does it protect Tasha's Taxes company, but it protects the public as well. Stolen identity is on the rise as technology continues to aggressively change. So we do our best here to comply with the rules and regulations of the IRS, but we also make sure that protection is at the forefront of our companies motto.

But Tasha!

Tasha at my previous tax preparer's office they didn't request so much paperwork.

  • Thank you for bringing that to my attention, than what that means is that your preparer failed to do their due diligence in protecting the public from fraud.

Tasha, it seems that more and more documents are being asked for each year why is that.

  • Simply because cybercrime is on the rise, meaning theft or potential theft is more likely to occur.

Tasha is the request for more proof of documentation you're only means of measurement of protecting my identity?

  • Good question and I'm glad you asked! No there are other factors in place, such as encryption data, cybersecurity platforms, blind data ports, and more. These things are just the beginning of the measurements that are put into place to protect you. You are important, how you feel, what you think, how your data is handled, it all matters. Here at Tasha's Taxes, you are not just your last name and the last four of your social.

Tasha what if  I have more questions, will you be there to answer them or will I be forced to talk to an automated machine?

  • Powerful inquisition, but to answer your questions am I available 24 hours No. Do your questions, thoughts, and concerns matter to me, but of course. Am I perfect no, there is always room for improvement when it comes to any one human being. But will I get back to you, yes. Do you matter to me most definitely! Can I change the world, not by myself but with you by my side I am more than willing to try!
